• Sales tax is not included in quoted price and will be added when payment is due.
• Payment is due at time of delivery/pickup. Merchandise will not be permitted to be taken without payment made.

• Jodi Bennett is not responsible for broken/damaged merchandise when delivery/shipping arrangements apply.
• Jodi Bennett does not guarantee merchandise from fading, cracking, breaking, damaging, etc., and is not responsible for any such damage caused outside of artist's working area.
• Payment for art services such as murals/ face painting/ etc. are required to be paid at time of service date.
• Payments can be made by cash or check only at this time.
• There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
• All images are the sole property of Jodi Bennett, unless stated otherwise. Images and designs can not be used without the artist's permission.
